Concept
We define feasibility, function, style, and scope—this becomes the design guideline for your project, implemented through our philosophy (Architecture + Branding).
Deliverables: Concept presentation / preliminary drawings / mood board.
Planning
We develop the preliminary design, review it with the client, and refine it accordingly; we deliver rendered 3D views.
Deliverables: Preliminary drawing package and rendered 3D views.
Construction Documents
Once the preliminary design is approved, we move into the development of construction drawings; if required, we also include engineering plans.
Deliverables: Architectural drawing package.
